The Right Lists, Ltd. does not own or manage any lists. We do not take possession of lists and we are not a reseller.
We are more of like a direct marketing consultant to help marketers find the possible niche mailing lists for their company’s promotions. We let our customers know that we are not the owner of the data; and we will disclose the sources of the lists upon request to both our customers and people on the lists.
The Right Lists proudly supports each person’s right to privacy to not receive unwanted mail. We are always glad to forward list deletion requests to the various list owners and managers. We strongly recommend that all mailers maintain a suppression file in order comply with all federal, state and international laws. The Right Lists is a supporter of ANA’s DMAChoice.Org Do Not Mail Lists AND the National Do Not Mail List; and we are proud members of the Direct Marketing Association of Washington.
- Sample mail pieces are required for all list orders in order to make sure that the offers being promoted are legal, ethical and in good-taste. Both The Right Lists and each list owner reserve the right to decline business based on the sample mail piece. The advertiser/marketer is responsible for making sure that all samples are in compliance with all federal, state and international laws.
- The Right Lists, Ltd. cannot accept liability on behalf of the mailer for misuse of any list at anytime nor can we accept liability for a mailer violating the terms and conditions agreed to by the mailer with the list owner/manager.
- The Right Lists, Ltd. cannot accept liability on behalf of the list owner or manager for problems with the list owner or the fulfillment of any order
- The mailer (customer) assumes total responsibility for being in full compliance with all federal, state and international compliance and privacy laws. Mailer assumes all risk for mailing to 3rd party lists; and The Right Lists will not be held liable under any circumstances.
- Under no circumstances will the liability of The Right Lists exceed the total amount of commissions to be received by The Right Lists, Ltd. for specific orders in dispute.
- The Right Lists, Ltd. does not own or resell any lists or 3rd party data. All of the lists brokered are owned by 3rd party vendors (list owners and managers). List owners and managers assume 100% responsibility and liability with being in compliance with all federal, state and international compliance and privacy laws. The Right Lists, Ltd. does not assume any liability or risk for brokering 3rd party lists from list owners and managers.
